What Is a Jet Card

Predictable pricing. Uninterrupted access.

A jet card is a prepaid private aviation account. You purchase a set number of flight hours at a fixed hourly rate, and those hours are drawn down as you fly. The rate is locked at the time of purchase, you are never exposed to market price volatility, peak surcharges, or availability shortfalls during high-demand periods.

The Chronos Air Group Jet Card is structured around the premise that frequent private flyers deserve certainty. Your advisor knows your preferences. Your aircraft category is guaranteed. Your price doesn't change because it's the holiday season or a major sporting event weekend.

For travelers flying 25 or more private hours per year, the jet card consistently delivers better economics, better reliability, and a meaningfully better experience than booking on-demand each time.

How It Works

From application to altitude

Getting started with a Chronos Jet Card takes one conversation. Your advisor will walk you through card options, confirm the right aircraft tier for your typical routes, and have you ready to fly within 24 hours.

Speak With an Advisor

Contact Chronos Air Group by phone or enquiry form. Your advisor will review your typical flight frequency, preferred routes, and group size to recommend the right card tier and aircraft category.

Select Your Card & Hours

Choose your aircraft category and starting hour block. Your hourly rate is confirmed, locked, and documented in your card agreement. No hidden clauses, no rate review windows.

Meet Your Dedicated Advisor

You are introduced to your named aviation advisor, the person who will manage every flight, remember your preferences, and be reachable 24/7 for the life of your card.

Book Your First Flight

Request a flight by phone, email, or message. Your advisor confirms the aircraft, catering, ground transport, and all logistics. Hours are drawn from your balance post-flight.

Renew or Upgrade Anytime

When your hours approach depletion, your advisor will proactively reach out to discuss renewal, with the option to top up at your current locked rate or upgrade your card tier.

Why the Jet Card

Six reasons frequent flyers choose the card

01 —

Pricing certainty

Your hourly rate is fixed at the moment of purchase. Fuel prices, market surcharges, and peak-season demand do not affect what you pay. Certainty is built into the product.

02 —

Guaranteed availability

Jet card holders receive guaranteed aircraft availability with 4-hour minimum notice. On-demand charter availability tightens during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and major event weekends. Your card eliminates that risk entirely.

03 —

A relationship, not a transaction

Your named advisor accumulates context over time, your preferred catering, your most-flown routes, your family's dietary requirements. Every flight benefits from that institutional memory. Charter bookings start from zero each time.

04 —

Priority booking

Jet card holders move to the front of the availability queue during high-demand periods. In markets where aircraft supply temporarily tightens, your card guarantees access that may not be available to on-demand clients at any price.

05 —

No per-flight administration

Each on-demand charter requires a new quote request, a new review process, and a new confirmation. With a jet card, your advisor handles every subsequent flight as a continuation of an established relationship, faster, simpler, and less cognitively demanding.

06 —

Rollover flexibility

Unused Chronos Jet Card hours roll into a renewed card with no penalty. Your hours are an asset, not a use-it-or-lose-it liability with an aggressive expiration policy.

Jet Card Clients

What our cardholders say about flying with us

★★★★★

"I switched from a major competitor's card program 18 months ago. The difference is stark, my Chronos advisor knows my routes, knows my preferences, and has never once told me an aircraft wasn't available when I needed it."

Founder, Private Equity Firm

★★★★★

"The fixed pricing was the deciding factor for us. We fly 40+ hours a year and the volatility of on-demand charter pricing was unpredictable. Our Chronos card rate is exactly what we budgeted, every quarter."

★★★★★

"Christmas and Thanksgiving used to be a scramble for aircraft. Since moving to the Chronos card, that problem simply doesn't exist. The guaranteed availability guarantee is real, not marketing language."

Jet card questions, answered plainly

What exactly is a private jet card?

A jet card is a prepaid private aviation account. You purchase a set number of flight hours at a fixed hourly rate. Those hours are drawn down as you fly. The Chronos Jet Card locks your rate at purchase, guarantees aircraft availability, and assigns you a dedicated advisor — eliminating the uncertainty associated with booking on-demand each time.

How many hours do I need to purchase?

The Chronos Jet Card starts at 25 flight hours — the entry threshold where fixed-rate programs typically offer better value than on-demand charter. Additional hour blocks are available at your locked rate. There is no upper limit on hours you can hold across one or multiple cards.

Is the hourly rate truly all-inclusive?

Yes. Your Chronos Jet Card hourly rate covers the aircraft, captain, co-pilot, standard fuel, landing fees, and FBO handling. There are no fuel surcharges added post-booking, no repositioning fees on standard routes within your card's coverage area, and no peak-period uplifts. The rate you lock at purchase is the rate you pay.

What happens to unused hours?

Chronos Jet Card hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused hours at the end of the validity period can be rolled into a renewed card at your advisor's discretion. We do not apply aggressive forfeiture policies to unused hours — your account balance is treated as a financial asset, not a liability.

Can I upgrade to a larger aircraft on my card?

Yes. If your journey requires a larger aircraft than your card tier specifies — a heavy jet for an international trip while you hold a midsize card, for example — your advisor will arrange the upgrade at a pro-rated hourly difference. This is calculated transparently at the time of booking with no penalty structure.

How does a jet card differ from fractional ownership?

Fractional ownership involves purchasing a share of a specific aircraft and carrying the associated operational and residual value risk. Jet cards are prepaid hour programs with no ownership component, no asset risk, and no multi-year financial commitment. For most frequent flyers, a jet card offers equivalent or better access with substantially less complexity and capital exposure.
