05Information Sharing

Aviation Operators and Partners

To arrange your flights, we must share relevant passenger and travel information with the FAA-certified operators who will operate your aircraft. This includes passenger names, document information for international travel, and any relevant medical or assistance requirements.

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers — technology platforms, payment processors, CRM systems, and communication tools. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority — including passenger manifest requirements, anti-money laundering regulations, and government requests made in accordance with applicable law.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Your travel details are strictly confidential. Your routes, destinations, travel companions, and flight history are not discussed, referenced, or shared outside of the direct operational requirements of your flights. This is a non-negotiable standard — not a marketing statement.

06Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary:

  • Client records and flight history — minimum 7 years following your last flight, in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements
  • Enquiries and quote requests — 2 years where no booking was made
  • Marketing consent records — until you withdraw consent, plus 12 months
  • Medical charter records — minimum 10 years in accordance with applicable healthcare data requirements
  • Website analytics data — identifiable data deleted after 26 months; aggregated data may be retained indefinitely

When your information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

  • Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations
  • Right to restrict processing — to limit how we use your information in certain circumstances
  • Right to data portability — to receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA — including the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, and to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data).

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@iflychronos.com. We will respond within 30 days.

  • Secure storage with access restricted to authorised personnel only
  • Regular security assessments and staff training
  • Incident response procedures in case of a data breach

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority as required by law. To report a security concern: info@iflychronos.com.

10Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@iflychronos.com and we will delete it promptly.

Where children travel as passengers on flights booked by an adult, the adult client is responsible for the booking and their personal data is collected and processed in that context.

11International Data Transfers

As a global private aviation company, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — including standard contractual clauses and other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.

For international flights, passenger information may be shared with foreign civil aviation authorities, border control agencies, and aviation operators in the destination country as required by law.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, notify active clients by email, and post a notice on our website.
