Our Story

Private aviation
that is as honest
as it is exceptional.

Chronos Air Group was built on a straightforward conviction: the private aviation industry could be better. More transparent on pricing. More rigorous on safety. More human in service. We exist to prove it on every flight.

MISSION

MISSION

"To deliver private aviation that is as honest as it is exceptional, where every client knows exactly what they are getting, and what they get consistently exceeds expectation."

- Chronos Air Group

Who we are

A private aviation company built differently

Chronos Air Group is a US-based private aviation company that operates as a charter broker and aviation management firm. We source aircraft from a curated global network of FAA-certified, independently safety-rated operators, giving clients access to the right aircraft for every journey without the overhead of fleet ownership.

This model is deliberate. By maintaining operator relationships across thousands of aircraft worldwide rather than owning a fixed fleet, we can match every client to the right aircraft for their specific route, group size, and timing, not the nearest available aircraft from a proprietary fleet.

Our team is composed of aviation professionals with backgrounds spanning commercial aviation, private charter operations, aircraft management, and luxury hospitality. Every advisor brings the experience to manage complexity, and the discretion to handle it quietly.

What We Stand For

Three principles. Every flight.

I

Safety without compromise

No revenue consideration ever overrides a safety concern at Chronos Air Group. We maintain a rigorous, multi-stage operator vetting process, and any operator that falls below our standards is removed from our network, regardless of availability pressures or pricing advantages. Safety is not a selling point. It is the non-negotiable baseline from which everything else follows.

II

Total transparency

Your quote from Chronos Air Group is all-inclusive. The number we show you accounts for the aircraft, crew, fuel, landing fees, and FBO handling, stated clearly before you commit to anything. We do not add surcharges after confirmation, disclose costs in footnotes, or construct quotes designed to look competitive until the final invoice. What we quote is what you pay.

III

Genuine service

Private aviation should feel personal. Your advisor knows your preferences, anticipates your needs, and is reachable around the clock, not via an automated call queue, but as a named person with accountability for your experience. The Chronos service model is built on relationships that deepen over time, not transactions that reset with every booking.

Safety Standards

Safety is not a feature. It's the foundation.

The private aviation industry has no single universal safety mandate. Operator quality varies significantly, and most clients have no practical way to distinguish a rigorously maintained, audited operation from one that meets only minimum regulatory requirements on paper.

"We only source aircraft from operators we would confidently put our own families on. That is the standard. There is no other."

Chronos Air Group maintains a systematic operator vetting process that exceeds FAA regulatory minimums. Every aircraft we source is cross-referenced against independent safety ratings, incident history, and crew qualification records before it appears in any quote we issue.

We share operator safety credentials with every client who requests them. Transparency on safety is not a premium feature reserved for high-value clients, it is available to everyone, on every booking.

FAA Part 135 Certification

All operators in our network hold current FAA Part 135 air carrier certificates. The US regulatory requirement for commercial charter operations. This covers aircraft airworthiness, crew qualifications, maintenance standards, and operational procedures. Certification currency is verified at onboarding and monitored on an ongoing basis.

ARGUS Safety Rating

ARGUS International independently audits charter operators across safety culture, maintenance records, crew training, and operational compliance. We prioritize ARGUS Platinum and Gold-rated operators (the industry's highest independent safety designations) and require documented rationale for sourcing from non-rated operators.

Wyvern Wingman Rating

Wyvern conducts comprehensive operator audits evaluating accident history, incident records, flight crew qualifications, training standards, and maintenance practices. Wyvern Wingman status is a globally recognized benchmark for operational safety excellence and is one of the key criteria in our operator approval process.

Continuous Monitoring

Operator vetting is not a one-time event. We continuously monitor certification currency, ARGUS and Wyvern rating status, NTSB incident reports, and client feedback. Any adverse safety development triggers an immediate internal review. Operators with unresolved safety concerns are suspended from sourcing until the matter is resolved.

Vetting Process

How we evaluate every operator

Before any operator's aircraft appears in a Chronos Air Group quote, it passes through a five-stage vetting process. No exceptions.

=

Regulatory Verification

We confirm current FAA Part 135 certification status, aircraft airworthiness certificates, and operator certificate standing directly against FAA registry records. Any lapsed or conditionally held certification results in immediate disqualification until resolved.

=

Third-Party Safety Audit Review

We review current ARGUS and Wyvern safety ratings, including the underlying audit scores and findings where available. Operators without valid third-party ratings require additional internal vetting and documented approval before any sourcing relationship is established.

=

Incident & Accident History

We conduct a full NTSB incident and accident history review for each operator and specific aircraft type. Any unresolved safety concern, pattern of incidents, or serious accident within a defined review period results in disqualification from our network.

=

Crew Qualification Review

Flight crew type ratings, currency requirements, recent flight experience, and recurrent training records are reviewed for the specific aircraft type being considered for each booking. Crew qualification verification is performed per-flight, not just at operator onboarding.

=

Ongoing Performance Review

Operator relationships are evaluated continuously, not just annually. Client feedback, on-time performance, communication standards, and any reported incident all feed into an active performance record. Operators that fall below our standards are suspended immediately, without warning, regardless of the impact on availability.

Your Aviation Advisor

A person, not a process.

The aviation advisor assigned to your account is not a call center representative reading from a script. They are an aviation professional with the experience to understand what you need, the authority to act on it, and the personal accountability to ensure the outcome is what it should be.

This matters more than most clients realise until a flight plan changes, a weather system closes an airport, or a catering request needs to be amended four hours before departure. The advisor who knows your preferences and has managed your account for months handles those moments differently, and better, than a generic booking team picking up the phone cold.

Jet card and membership clients are assigned a dedicated senior advisor. On-demand charter clients receive the same level of attention from our advisor team, available around the clock.

Your Aviation Advisor

N

Available 24/7

Reachable by phone, email, or message at any hour. Not an automated queue, a named person with accountability for your flight.

N

Knows your preferences

Catering requirements, preferred cabin layouts, ground transport needs, and family details, your advisor holds and applies this context on every flight.

N

Proactive, not reactive

Your advisor monitors weather, operational disruptions, and schedule changes before they become your problem, not after you call to ask what happened.

N

Complete discretion

Every detail of your travel, routes, companions, destinations, preferences, is held in complete confidence. This is the foundation of the relationship.

N

Honest guidance

If a smaller aircraft is the right choice for your route, your advisor will say so. The recommendation is always what is right for you, not what generates the highest transaction value.

→  Common Questions

About us, answered plainly

Does Chronos Air Group own its aircraft?

Chronos Air Group operates as a charter broker and aviation management firm, not an aircraft owner. We source aircraft from a curated global network of FAA-certified, safety-rated operators. This model provides clients access to the right aircraft for every specific journey, not the nearest available aircraft from a proprietary fleet. It also means our operator relationships are maintained through rigorous vetting, not because we own the asset.

How do you verify that operators are safe?

Every operator in our network is verified against FAA Part 135 certification requirements. We prioritize ARGUS Platinum and Wyvern Wingman-rated operators, whose safety records are independently and regularly audited. We review crew qualifications, maintenance records, and incident history per-flight, not just at onboarding. We share this information with clients on request before any booking is confirmed.

Where is Chronos Air Group based?

Chronos Air Group is a US-based private aviation company. Our advisors are available 24/7 to coordinate flights within the United States and internationally. We serve clients across all major US markets and globally, with particular strength in the key private aviation corridors: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Aspen, and international routes to Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

What does "all-inclusive pricing" actually mean?

When Chronos Air Group provides a charter quote, the price includes the aircraft, crew, fuel, standard landing fees, and FBO terminal handling at both departure and arrival. There are no fuel surcharges added post-confirmation, no handling fees disclosed at the last minute, and no peak-season uplifts after the booking is confirmed. The number in your quote is the number on your invoice.

What services does Chronos Air Group provide?

Chronos Air Group provides three core services: on-demand private jet charter (no membership required), jet card programs (prepaid flight hours at fixed rates for frequent flyers), and private aviation membership programs (for clients who want the highest tier of access and advisor relationship). We also assist with aircraft management for owners and coordinate ground transportation, in-flight catering, and international flight planning.

How is Chronos different from other charter brokers?

Three things separate Chronos Air Group from the industry standard: first, all-inclusive transparent pricing with no post-confirmation additions. Second, a safety vetting process that applies ARGUS and Wyvern standards as a preference criterion rather than a marketing claim, we actually decline to source from operators who do not meet our standards, regardless of pricing. Third, a genuine advisor relationship that accumulates context over time rather than treating every booking as a new transaction.
