Private Jet Charter
from Seattle
Depart the Pacific Northwest on your schedule. From Boeing Field, Renton, Paine Field and Bremerton, Chronos Air Group arranges seamless private jet charter for technology, biotech, aerospace and leisure travel across the US, Hawaii and internationally.
The Pacific Northwest,
On Your Schedule
Seattle has one of the most operationally demanding private aviation profiles in the country, defined by the concentration of Microsoft, Amazon and AWS leadership, the venture capital community across Bellevue, Medina and Mercer Island, the biotech and life sciences corridor anchored by Fred Hutch, and the aerospace community around Boeing and the broader Puget Sound supply chain. Whether you are departing for Silicon Valley, Hawaii, Sun Valley or an Asia crossing, Chronos Air Group provides access to the right aircraft, the right crew, and the right terminal.
As a Hightail Air Charter LLC operation, every Seattle departure is managed around your schedule. Boeing Field (BFI) is our preferred terminal for nearly every client, a dedicated executive aviation facility immediately south of downtown with no commercial scheduled traffic, multiple full-service FBOs, and ground times that are dramatically shorter than Sea-Tac.
Popular Routes from Seattle
The most-requested private jet routes from the greater Seattle area. All pricing is estimated and varies by aircraft type, routing, and availability.
Seattle to Silicon Valley
A 1-hour 45-minute southbound crossing and the defining private aviation corridor for the Pacific Northwest. Microsoft, Amazon and AWS leadership move on this route weekly, with light jets arriving at San Carlos or San Jose for direct access to Sand Hill Road, Palo Alto and the Bay Area campuses.
Seattle to Los Angeles
A 2-hour 30-minute southbound crossing to Southern California. A consistent corridor for entertainment, business and family office travel, with midsize jets covering the route to Van Nuys or Burbank for direct ground access to the Westside, Beverly Hills and Malibu.
Seattle to Hawaii
A 5-hour westbound crossing to Honolulu or Maui and the most consistently requested international leisure route from Seattle. Midsize and super-midsize jets are the standard platform with ETOPS-rated crews and overwater equipment. Year-round demand with peak volume from November through March.
Seattle to Sun Valley
A 1-hour 30-minute eastbound hop to Sun Valley, Idaho. The signature winter ski corridor for the Pacific Northwest. Midsize jets handle SUN's challenging mountain approach, with experienced crews and same-day turnarounds standard for weekend ski trips and the Sun Valley conference circuit.
Seattle to New York
A 4-hour 30-minute transcontinental crossing connecting Seattle's technology and venture capital communities to the New York financial sector. Super-midsize and heavy jets are standard, arriving at Teterboro or Westchester with full Wi-Fi, conference seating and stand-up cabin.
Seattle to Tokyo
Heavy and ultra long range aircraft connect Seattle to Tokyo nonstop in approximately 10 hours westbound. The Gulfstream G650 and Bombardier Global 7500 are the preferred platforms for the Boeing, Microsoft and Asia-Pacific business crossings that define Seattle's transpacific corridor.

Seattle Private Jet Airports
The Puget Sound region offers four private aviation terminals, each positioned to serve a different part of the metro. We advise on the right departure point based on your location, aircraft type and routing.
The Primary Seattle Private Aviation Hub
Boeing Field, also known as King County International, is the premier private jet terminal for the Pacific Northwest. Immediately south of downtown Seattle with full-service FBOs including Signature, Modern Aviation and Clay Lacy. Handles every category of aircraft from light jets to ultra long range and is the preferred gateway for transpacific and transcontinental departures.
Preferred for Eastside Clientele
Renton Municipal is the preferred private aviation option for the east side of Lake Washington, serving Bellevue, Mercer Island, Medina, Hunts Point and Kirkland. A dedicated general aviation facility on the south shore of Lake Washington with quick FBO access and a strong fit for the Microsoft, AWS and Bellevue technology community.
North Sound & Boeing Corridor
Paine Field serves the north Sound, including Everett, Mukilteo, Bothell and the Snohomish County corridor. Best positioned for clients in the northern Eastside or anyone working in the Boeing Everett complex. Full FBO services and standard handling for light, midsize and super-midsize aircraft.
Kitsap Peninsula & Olympic Corridor
Bremerton National serves the Kitsap Peninsula, including Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard and the Olympic Peninsula. A quieter general aviation alternative for clients on the west side of Puget Sound who want to avoid the ferry or the I-5 corridor into Seattle. Standard handling for light and midsize operations.

A Different Standard
of Private Aviation
Chronos Air Group was built for clients who regard private aviation not as a convenience, but as a professional standard. Every charter from Seattle is handled with the same precision we apply to intercontinental crossings.
We do not move volume. We manage experience.
Safety First
All operators in our network hold FAA Part 135 certification. Crew vetting, maintenance logs, and safety records are reviewed on every booking.
4โ6 Hour Wheels-Up
For most Seattle departures we can have an aircraft and crew positioned in under 6 hours of confirmed booking, often same-day.
PNW & Pacific Expertise
Pacific Northwest IFR weather, transpacific overwater operations, and mountain airport handling are routine work for our advisors and operator network.
Dedicated Flight Coordinator
One point of contact from initial enquiry through post-flight follow-up. You speak to a person, not a portal.
"We run a weekly Boeing Field to San Carlos pattern for the leadership team. Chronos quoted it as a multi-leg programme rather than a series of one-off charters, locked the rate, and assigned a single coordinator. The operational integrity is what we pay for."
Everything You Need to Know About Flying Private from Seattle
Should I Use Boeing Field or Sea-Tac for Private Jet Charter from Seattle?
For nearly every Seattle private jet mission, Boeing Field (BFI) is the right answer. BFI is dedicated to executive and general aviation with no scheduled commercial traffic, offers multiple full-service FBOs, and is positioned five miles south of downtown for direct access to Belltown, South Lake Union and the Microsoft and Amazon campuses via I-5 and I-90. Ground times are dramatically shorter than Sea-Tac.
Sea-Tac (SEA) is a commercial hub and is rarely the right choice for private operations. Renton (RNT) is preferred for Bellevue and the Eastside, Paine Field (PAE) for the north Sound, and Bremerton (PWT) for the Kitsap Peninsula.
How Long is the Flight from Seattle to Silicon Valley by Private Jet?
The Seattle to Silicon Valley crossing takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes southbound by light jet from Boeing Field or Renton to San Carlos (SQL) or San Jose (SJC). Both arrival airports offer direct ground access to Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Sand Hill Road and the Bay Area technology campuses. It is the highest-frequency private aviation corridor from the Pacific Northwest, with same-day round trips standard for board meetings and executive travel.
Can a Private Jet Fly Nonstop from Seattle to Hawaii?
Yes. The Seattle to Hawaii crossing is approximately 2,700 miles to Honolulu or 2,650 miles to Maui, and falls within the range of midsize and super-midsize jets with ETOPS-rated crews and proper overwater equipment. Westbound flight time is approximately 5 hours, eastbound 5 hours 30 minutes. The Cessna Citation Sovereign, Gulfstream G280 and Challenger 350 all complete the crossing nonstop with full passenger loads. Heavy jets including the G650 and Falcon 8X also operate the route routinely.
How Much Does a Private Jet Charter from Seattle Cost?
Pricing depends on aircraft category and route. As a general guide for Seattle departures:
- Light jets (e.g., Phenom 300): $4,500 to $6,500 per flight hour, ideal for SF Bay, Sun Valley and Vancouver
- Midsize jets (e.g., Challenger 350): $6,500 to $9,000 per hour for LA, Hawaii, Cabo and Aspen
